Hackathon '25

LifeLines Hackathon '25 is set a platform for students passionate about creating real-world change. This year's hackathon invites university and high school students (grades 11-12) from across Qatar to collaborate on pressing humanitarian challenges, fostering a spirit of innovation and purpose-driven problem-solving.

Participants will form teams to design solutions that address the urgent needs of communities affected by crises. Winners will receive exciting prizes, and standout projects will be showcased to industry leaders, potential partners, and special guests.

Timeline

  1. Gather your dream team of four high school or undergrad talents! Bring together different skills and passions, and let's make something amazing.

  2. Last call! Submit your application by the deadline and look out for that all-important acceptance email within two weeks!

  3. Kick off with a bang at our opening ceremony! Get the scoop on the hackathon theme, rules, and jumpstart your creative juices with an exciting ideation session!

  4. It's time to shine! Submit your initial proposal, highlighting your chosen problem, brilliant solution, and game plan to make it happen.

  5. Sharpen those skills! Dive into hands-on workshops, pick up new tools, and connect with mentors who'll guide you to success!

  6. Bring it! Submit your polished proposal and a working prototype for a shot at the final round!

  7. It's crunch time! Spend the last 24 hours on campus, fuel up, get focused, and push to bring your project to the finish line!

  8. Time to impress! Present to judges, celebrate your hard work, and maybe take home a prize at the epic closing ceremony!
